61 Sea Lodge

Bright and modern 3 bedroom flat in the well located Sea Lodge complex, close to the village and main bathing beach. This flat has just undergone an extensive renovation and has been revamped from top to toe.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and boasts Caesarstone counter tops. The kitchen opens onto the lounge and dining room area which have a lovely view of the Indian Ocean.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower only. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The main and 2nd bedrooms have seaviews and lead onto the balcony. The second bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Each bedroom as well as the lounge and dining room are fitted with ceiling fans. The flat comes with DSTV premium for your convenience. There is a well maintained pool area with braai facilities in the complex and access to the main life guard protected bathing beach. There is an undercover parking bay and a security guard at the gate 24x7.
