62 Sea Lodge

This stylish, tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom apartment is located on the sixth floor of the sort after Sea Lodge complex.

This unit has a modern fitted kithen with granite counter tops dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto the open plan lounge and dinning room area. When the American shutter blinds in the lounge are open you can see the ocean. The lounge has a flat screen TV and comes with DSTV premium. All the soft furnishings and linen throughout the apartment are new as well as the floor tiles.

The lounge and 2 of the bedrooms open onto the balcony with views of the sea and Umhlanga village. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and leads to the en suite bathroom (bath only). The remaining 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have built in cupboards and are fitted with ceiling fans. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower.

The building is secure with a guard on the gate 24x7 and there is lift access. You have the use of the communal pool and braai facilites at the pool deck and there is private access to the main swimming beach from the complex. Sealodge is well located close to the village shops and restaurants. This unit comes with 1 undercover parking bay.
