Beautifully renovated, upmarket, 3 bedroom apartment in the popular Marbella complex. The unit is spacious and comes with ducted airconditioning throughout. The open plan kitchen has a dishwasher and comes with granite counter tops and breakfast nook that opens onto the living area. The lounge has a wall mounted flat screen TV equipped with DSTV.

The 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated with new built in cupboards. The 2 bathrooms (main en-suite) are beautifully finished with both having a separate bath and shower. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. There is a small balcony with views of the Indian Ocean facing north.

You have the use of the communal pool and braai facilities in the complex and the Bronze Beach swimming area (lifeguard protected) is right in front of the building. The famous Umhlanga promenade runs in front of the building. Marbella is a secure complex and there is parking for 1 vehicle.
