75 Sea Lodge

This bright and spacious flat on the 7th floor at Sealodge has beautiful views of the Indian Ocean from almost every room.

The fully equipped, open plan kitchen, with granite tops, comes with a dishwasher and washing machine and flows onto the diningroom and lounge area. The lounge and 2 of the bedrooms open onto the sea facing balcony. The third bedroom opens onto a small balcony with partial seaview.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed and a beautifully renovated ensuite bathroom (bath only). The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom has also been beautifully renovated and has a separate bath and shower. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and there is central air-conditioning. This unit is in very good condition and is well maintained.

The flat comes with full DSTV access and a flat screen TV. You also have the use of the well kept communal pool and braai area in the complex. There is private access to Umhlanga Main beach which is a protected bathing beach. There is 1 under cover parking bay and trailer parking available. Sealodge is well located, close to the main beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the village.
