This bright and spacious flat is perched up on the 10th floor at Marbella and has beautiful views of the Indian Ocean and northern coastline.

The flat has been beautifully renovated and has 3 comfortable bedrooms and sleeps 6. This flat has a central ducted air-conditioning unit that cools the entire flat. Each bedroom has new built-in cupboards and comes equipped with ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a large shower only.

The stunning kitchen boasts Ceasar Stone counter tops and is fully equipped with all mod cons. The appliances are new and include a dishwasher and tumble drier (there is a washing machine in the 2nd bathroom). The lounge has a comfortable L shaped couch and comes with a flat screen TV and DSTV premium. The lounge and dinning area also have views of the ocean and open on to the balcony.

Marbella is situated on the beachfront in Lagoon Drive and is right on the Bronze Beach swimming beach which is protected by life guards and shark nets. Tenants have private access to the beach from the complex. You have the use of the communal pool area and the complex has a 24 hour security guard. There is undercover parking for 1 vehicle and visitor and trailor parking on a first come first served basis. This is an upmarket apartment and we regret no children under 10 by request of the owner.
