Making a booking - 6 easy stepsStep 1 = Select Browse our website and select the flat(s) that interest you. Step 2 = Enquire Complete the enquiry form below the description of the flat requesting availability and rates for your chosen dates. Also include any special needs/requirements. Step 3 = Negotiate We will correspond with you (email or telephonic) regarding the availabily, rates and suitability of accommodation. Step 4 = FICA We are required in terms of Section 21 of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 (FICA) to verfify the identity of ALL our clients. For individuals, We require you to send us a copy of your ID and recent (less than 3 months) utility bill, in the name of the person making and paying for the booking, showing your residential address. Internet printouts of bills/accounts/bank statements are not acceptable. It needs to be an original document that you physically received in the post. For bookings made on behalf of companies/CC you will need to contact us for the list of requirements. Step 5 = Make booking Once the FICA process is successfully completed, we will send you a booking form which explains how and when to pay, along with other documentation relevent to your booking. Step 6 = Confirmation Your booking will be confirmed once we have received payment and all other required documentation. |
