Besides letting out self-catering holiday accommodation in Umhlanga Rocks, we also offer a full property management service to our flat owners. Along with keeping the flats clean and fresh, we are also happy to pay utility bills on the owners behalf and facilitate any maintenance works which may be required from time to time. Our aim is to take the hassle and stress out of owning a flat in Umhlanga Rocks.
We also look after a number of holiday flats in Umhlanga Rocks which are not rented out but are used exclusively by it's owners. Here we go in once a week to clean, dust and air the flat and check that everything is in working order. With this service we intercept any nasty surprises before you come on holiday (burst geysers, tripped electricity, water leaks etc) and what's more, you'll arrive to a clean and fresh smelling flat! When it's time to leave, just pack your suitcase and lock the door. We will give the flat a thorough clean and wash linen and towels (if required).
