Bookings for the April Holidays are now open (as from 18 January). We are taking a minimum of 5 night block bookings over the Easter period. We regret that we DO NOT RENT TO MATRICS OR STUDENTS under any circumstances. The 2010 eddition of the Vodacom Super 14 rugby competition kicks off in February. Come and support the Sharks Rugby team (or your team) at the ABSA Stadium, Durban in 2010 and book your accommodation with us in Umhlanga for your rugby weekend getaway. The Comrades Marathon starts in Pietermaritzburg on 30 May 2010. Why not treat yourself to a break in Umhlanga at the end of the race? Bookings are now open for this event.
Services Offered

Besides letting out self-catering holiday accommodation in Umhlanga Rocks, we also offer a full property management service to our flat owners. Along with keeping the flats clean and fresh, we are also happy to pay utility bills on the owners behalf and facilitate any maintenance works which may be required from time to time. Our aim is to take the hassle and stress out of owning a flat in Umhlanga Rocks.

For flat owners who live away from Umhlanga and who don't want their flats rented out we are able to offer a security checking and cleaning service. This service gives you the the peace of mind that your investment is safe and well maintained with a minimum of fuss.
